I've cracked it for the 3rd time due to me keeping in my pocket with a case and using it like any average cell phone. I know I'm being irresponsible. I want to repair it but before I do, I am thinking about just getting a larger device as I love the android ecosystem on an e-reader.

Are the larger devices just as sensitive? I have an early model Kindle that has been through war and has never cracked and I haven't cracked a cell phone since high school. I just want to know before I make an investment on a larger device.
