Is there ever an excuse to miss a Dominant 7 chord?
This is a pretty surface level observation, sure. But anytime I challenge myself with ear training games like the one above, the Dominant 7 is hands down the easiest chord to recognize when played stacked.That being said, this note combo feels like the gateway chord to identifying any 4-note chord by ear.
Am I the only one that feels like isolated Dominant 7s are easier to hear/identify than even certain 3-note chords like suspensions?
