Regional Aid for Interim Needs (R.A.I.N) an employment partner of Business Link is conducting a hiring event on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, from 3:00pm - 6:00pm.

Available Positions and Requirements:

• Program Director- Minimum qualification -bachelor's degree in human service, Social Work, Community Health, Public Health- related field strongly recommended. At least five years of direct experience program management/leadership, supervision, and human service field addressing vulnerable populations.
• Driver- Minimum one year driving experience. All drivers must have a valid NY State Driver's License and a clean driving record. No more than one (1) moving violation while operating a personal or commercial motor vehicle in the past two (2) years.
• Community Health Worker- Minimum qualification -an associate degree in human service Field, Social Work, Community Health or Health related field strongly recommended.
• Home Health Aide- Requires NYS Certification for HHA Covid-19 vaccination, Home Health Aide Certificate, Flu Shot, NYS Residency, Social Security, NYS ID/US Passport, physical, drug screen
• Case Aide- Associates degree, or higher with 2 years' supervised experience in human service field.  Knowledge of benefits and entitlements for seniors. Bilingual English/Spanish speaking strongly preferred
• Case Manager- Associates degree, or higher with two years' supervised experience in human service field.  Knowledge of benefits and entitlements for seniors.  Bilingual English/Spanish speaking strongly preferred.
