New recovery HR feature
These past weeks my Race S had an update and since then after finishing a running activity it apprars a new screen that says “Recovery HR”.
It measures the decline in HR after I finished then activity and rates it as good/normal/bad.
What is the reasoning behind this?
What numbers mean good health?
Is there a way to see it in the app?
