Hey, so I'm looking to sublease my spot at Hub on Campus Orlando (11012 Hub Plaza Orlando) for the upcoming 2026/2027 year. Ended up finishing sooner then I thought, and looking for somone to take over. I'll cover the replacement fee so there's no issue there.

Rent's $1,119 per month
The lease term is from July 26, 2026 – July 25, 2027
Utltites are around $60~$70 a month.
Amenities include: a resort-style pool, gym, business center, package concierge lockers, shuttle to campus, and parking garage. Pets are allowed but there is a fee depending on the pet. Your also right next to a public plaza with multiple restaurants. There's often some kind of weekly event going on to meet other people or free food.
Two of the roomates are TBD so you wouldn't be the only one moving in. The other one is pretty chill and clean!
