My T of 6 months asked about my relationship history, which is a topic I haven’t had the courage to talk about ever. I am in my early 30s, have always been career-driven, and never dated, let alone been in a single romantic relationship. There are times i feel lonely, but for the most part I’m quite content with the friendships and core family I have. I do think it would be nice to find a life partner, but for some reason I’m holding back on putting my self out there. I think I want to dive deeper with my T about this topic, and what is preventing me from trying to look for a partner. Any suggestions on how I could circle back? I kinda lied to her when I said that I think I’ll be perfectly fine living alone.
