I built a tiny app because I only cared if my MacBook Air was throttling
I switched to a new MacBook Air and realized I’ve been reinstalling TG Pro for years just to answer one thing:
Is my Air throttling?
I love TG Pro, but most of the time I don’t need 40+ temperature readings. I just want my fanless Mac to tell me when it’s getting spicy.
So I built a tiny menu bar app that turns thermal pressure into simple feedback: sound, haptics, and a bit of screen smoke.
Not dropping a link because I don’t want to spam/self-promote. Just curious if other Air users care about this kind of thing, or if I’m the only one emotionally negotiating with a fanless laptop.
