Extremely frustrating experience with ordering from Olive Young and FedEx shipping. My order shipped on April 3rd and was taken into “customs jail” in the fourth. It was in customs review until April 28th, when I got a notification that it would be delivered the following day. I didn’t get it the next day and there have been no new scans. I’ve called FedEx every day since April 30th. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday they were telling me they are looking for the carrier and the package is not lost it’s en route. Then on Monday, they tell me they are unable to locate the package and will do tracing. I sent a customer service message to the shipper and they told me they checked with their FedEx coordinator and the package is in customs review nothing they or FedEx can do. Then today I spoke with FedEx again, who confirmed the package is not in customs and it’s officially declared lost. I guess I’ll see what OY says to that. The worst part is they are eliminating their Global profiles for US customers on 5/28 so idk if I would even be able to get any refund or if they keep telling me to wait for customs. This has been beyond frustrating and stressful.
