Does anyone know where I can get a decal replacement set for this garelli? I’ve googled around and can’t find what im looking for

Why is it that these are both “16” tires” but the ones I order are always way smaller. This is a for a garelli sport. If anyone has any tips on getting the right size tires for a decent price it would be much appreciated.
