Hello, i have the following rig
GTX 1660 Super
Ryzen 5 3600
16GB Of DDR4 RAM
A 512 Nvme SSD (3 Years old)
A B450M Motherboard
A NOCTUA NH-U12S REDUX Cooler
Windows 11
The system is 6 years old maybe, And i have a problem that started appearing maybe 2 years ago where my system will run sooooo poorly compared to friends i play with, in games like Rust, Arena Breakout Infinite and Enshrouded they have weaker systems yet they can run games smoothly without issues while i keep getting sudden stutters where my game completely freezes with audio cutting out then it runs with like 3 fps and my ping spikes to 300+ for a few seconds then it runs normal again, The stutters happen frequently where my friends (with weaker systems) run perfectly smooth on the same settings and sometimes higher than me, I checked temps and they seem to be normal. CPU Doesn't exceed 75 same as the GPU, i tried reinstalling windows, Formatting the drive with the games, did a full scan for malware, Yet i keep getting those damn stutters where my game fully freezes, Any idea how i can fix this ?
