I am a 23 y/o F. I've had red/purple/blue discoloration under my eyes for my whole life. I'm pretty sure it's genetic since my mom has similar discoloration. Anyone know of a product or something I could do to correct the hyperpigmentation? I haven't tried anything because I'm clueless,but I'm open to any advice or things that have been helpful.
