I have the same hair texture and thickness as Tyla in this photo, but my hair is currently down to nearly my hips. what should I ask for in a haircut to replicate this?

My current routine, for post requirements is:

1. pantene volume shampoo and NYM curl conditioner

2. lush leave in

3. air dry always

4. no silk pillowcase or bonnet
