I had dark dark brown hair with a cherry red in it. I then used two rounds of color fix and some bleaching. i was then recommended to use T18 as toner and now im not sure what to do? it still looks very brassy and orange/yellow to me?

any help? need to do something about it. trying to be a blondish color not super ashy. i’m very pale.

please help
