Hi, good day everyone!

Ask lang po sana. I have two errors on my PSA: my first name is spelled differently on the second page of my PSA, and my mom’s maiden name is missing one letter.

My concern is that I was registered in Luzon, but I am currently living in Central Visayas. Pwede ko po bang ipa-fix ang mga errors dito sa Central Visayas, or kailangan ko talagang pumunta sa Luzon to have them corrected?
