Hello everyone. I received a counter-offer from a position that I applied recently, and I would like to know your honest opinion on this. Fair to say, that I'm not a senior (given the years of experience), but I'm very technical.

To be completely honest, I was a bit disappointed on the low net allowances they offered, that's why I tried to counter offer them initially. Then I realized that mobility budget exists, and because I need to commute to the office twice a week, I likely need to take a car, which lowers my net. Meanwhile, I can always split the mobility budget, by trying to put some of the value into the pillar 2, which raises my monthly net a bit. Fair to say that my current position pays lower, but in contrast is quite tax-beneficial. Anyway, give me your opinion on this, especially from people around this field.
