So I recently just built a computer and was looking to do a dual monitor setup so I purchased a monitor on ebay and luckily found the same one on amazon as this monitor is nearly becoming discontinued. I received the completely wrong brand and model. Have any of you ran into Amazon refusing to refund until they get the correct model which they sent the incorrect one in the first place so I am just completely lost. Thank you in advance.
