To Gurus, do you see market stabilizing esp since they announced the cease fire?

A lot of brokers I see are raising prices, or saying they have good enough volumes.

Brokers are saying deals are happening at pre war or close to pre war pricing.

Is this true? Because it sounds really counter intuitive. For us the region, the SoH is still closed and the economy seems to have taken a big hit (with all the swap requests with US Fed)

Any real data point that you can share?
