Hair stylist for Irish curls

Hi all, I’m looking for a hair stylist preferably in cap hill or cheesman area, that specializes in Irish curls/curly under layer or shags. I haven’t gotten my hair professionally cut in probably 10 years and style my hair max 2x a month so I’m looking for a stylist that will help me accentuate the curls I have and make my hair look better and “styled” even when it’s not, and I’m thinking of doing a shag/messy wavy cut. I’ve had Missy Elliot for about four months now. She is shy but will accept pets and likes being near me and my boyfriend which is such a big improvement. We moved recently and she’s starting to feel comfortable in the new place which is great and she’s even coming and playing on the couch while we’re relaxing. Problem is she won’t stop peeing on the couch. She is like 99% potty trained in the rest of the house, she occasionally goes outside of her litter box but within like two feet generally, except for the couch. Super frustrating because I want to be able to cuddle with her on the couch and let her come play but also don’t want her to ruin the new couch. Any advice would be greatly appreciated to stop this behavior.

Also her litter box is in a different room, not sure if this is maybe why
