I don’t know how to start!

I believe that I have asymmetrical in my shoulders or traps am not sure, And idk which side is stronger. I would appreciate any help on that.

I’ve read some articles and i believe that i have open scissors posture (arched lower back and flared ribs) which is mostly caused by anterior pelvic tilt. But I don’t know what can i do to fix this.

I started strength training using compound movements instead of machines and isolation exercises and i have already feel some benefits with how I stand and how I move. But people here say that barbell exercises will increase the imbalance so i am not sure what to do any more..
