Parcel delivered but still getting emails
So I ordered a phone off of Refurbed like a week or two ago and UPS was delivering it from Italy. I received the parcel on the 6th of May at my place but today I woke up to an email saying that I have to pick up my package at the pickup place. I checked the UPS app and it also says that my parcel is awaiting customer collection. Is this a common glitch or something? I also never got those messages/emails they send you when the delivery driver scans the parcel as received. Should I be worried? Because I threw out the package wrapper thing without taking a picture as proof of delivery. I can’t contact customer support since it’s Sunday and the bot they have in their app/website isn’t helping either. Just asking to know if this is common and I should ignore it or is there something I should do. Thanks
