Hi everyone i need help about my shifting symptoms. (Sorry for my english it's not my first language) So i'm new to shifting and i wanted to try, I used the void method and i had the regular symptoms but at one moment my eyelids were stuck together and i had the feeling my eyes were moving in all directions. Is that normal ? So i opened my eyes because i was scared my eyes will nerver open again and I was still in my cr. And how you know you're about to shift?
