If you’re not quite sure if you love DRK’s Seal Glaze, it makes a PERFECT base for chrome powder! This is:
-BKL’s New Moon, New Me (glass bead done a few days ago)
- One thinish coat Seal Glaze - dried to where it’s no longer hazy
- Beautnice chrome powder in holographic neon
- No smudge top coat
