Seeking Help

Does anyone have a good endocrinologist in the Philly/Baltimore/DC/Harrisburg area?
My thyroglobulin level is 1566.9z TSH is 5.74. Rheumatologist said I needed to talk to my GP about an endocrinologist referral as I likely have Hashimoto’s. However, when my GP reviewed my results, she said I don’t have a thyroid problem.
I just need help. I’m literally losing my hair and I am checking the box for every Hashimoto’s symptom I have found. I’m exhausted (literally).

Blood work came back:

ana by ifa rfx titer/pattern positive speckled pattern 1:160

thyroglobulin antibody 1566.9

TSH 5.74 (range ends at 5)

I’ve been struggling for a while with symptoms, but my hair is falling out and I’ve got bald spots. It’s mortifying.

Follow up with Rheumatologist tomorrow.

Is this enough to diagnose, or will there likely be more testing?

Was referred to a rheumatologist due to test results from my GP.
She said she didn’t think I had anything because labs results weren’t high enough and essentially scoffed at my GP for even referring me.
She said she’d do a full work up since her lab doesn’t have false positives like other labs do.
Just came back and show:
Thyroglobulin Antibody at 1566.9
ANA by IFA Rfx Titer/Pattern: Speckled 1:160

I know we can’t diagnose, but this indicates something, right? I feel like I’ve been dismissed so much over the years.
Should I go to an endo after these results?
