Is this good progress for one year consistent lifting? In 2025, I was going to the gym 2-3 times a week and started going 4-6 times beginning in 2026. Sometimes I feel like I should be building more muscle than I have (especially biceps), but I don’t have anything to compare to. Feel free to share thoughts and advice!
