This service is a joke. I had a snafu with the filing and they provided ZERO assistance. They have slow-walked my paperwork to collect fees and when i really needed them, they blew me off and refused a refund for their bullshit "platinum service," I was the fool for ever using them. I will be filing on my won with my spouse (amicable and friendly divorce) and will have to repay the court fees as the money order was lost with the other paperwork. Do not waste your time with this service. File on your own or with an attorney if you can.
