I’m visiting from out of town in the near future and would love some suggestions/ recommendations for local third wave Coffee roasters.

For context: I like a light roast: Acidic, funky, fruity etc… and I’m aware of Passenger and Nostalgic.

Ps. Also looking for Cocktail bars.
