12.1.25 > 5.12.26

28 years old, 190 lbs. Still a work in progress, but proud of where I’m at. Zero anabolics. Zero test. Zero cardio outside of walking and low-intensity biking once or twice a week.

Nutrition is boring on purpose: chicken, beef, rice, egg whites, protein shakes. Everything portioned by cups. I aim for over a gram of protein per pound of bodyweight.

I fast until 11 am, then load mostly carbs before lifting at noon. Most of my protein comes in after the workout.

Training has been Dorian Yates style hypertrophy since December 1st in which I have become borderline addicted to. Two warm-up sets, then one final set to absolute failure on set 3. Progressive overload every week. Split is push/pull/legs: push twice, pull twice, legs once per week.

December photo I was sitting around 200 lbs.

Dm for any questions. I’m not a doctor or trained nutritionist but I have been studying weight training, athletics, hypertrophy, and all other aspects of fitness for over 15 years.

Sleep 8-9 hours a night.

Energy levels 10/10!

Only other thing worth mentioning: a low dose of a peptide, once a week for three weeks.
