Context: I'm an healthcare professional who works in two separate facilities, and i've been doing it for roughly an year and a half now.
I've been running Meta Ads to create Leads, and im using Meta forms for collecting leads (meaning i have no external landing pages, the costumer fills in the form with his personal info and then i contact them) for 4 months now. I've been doing this kind of campaign for 4 months now and the CPL always stayed between 9-11 euros, even when i switched between different ads it didnt change at all. I set the budget for the campaign at 15 euros, so my ads generated more or less 1-2 leads per day.
Now comes the tricky part: I noticed that in the last 5-6 days there was a sudden spike in my CPL (from 10 to 25 euros) so i began thinking that the ad broke, since it already occured once in the past. I checked and everything was running smoothly. So, i decided to start a new campaign. It's been horrible. 50 euros spent, no leads. In the meantime i fixed my previous campaign that i would classify as my best one so far (1000 euros spent, 105 leads) and now im waiting.
My question is, has anyone else noticed something strange in the last week? Is everything working fine? I need someone to tell me to relax and not launch 100 campaign out of stress lol
Thanks in advance to anyone whos going to help :)
