Hello,

I want to use a bond repair to help improve the condition of my hair. Which is better k18 or olapex no 3?

I use Garnier repairing papaya hair mask once a week, herbal essence clarifying shampoo and Alberto balsalm raspberry conditioner (I like the smell). I also use L'Oréal dream lengths leave in conditioner twice a day and hair oil twice a day. Is my general routine okay?
