Hi,

My Oracle Cloud account was terminated and then reinstated via support (SR). It’s now confirmed as active.

However, I still can’t log in. I keep getting "Invalid username or password" before reaching MFA.

Tried password resets, incognito, cache clear, username/email — no luck.

Support escalated it, but I’m wondering if anyone else had this after reinstatement?

Is this an IAM / identity issue?
