If you’re one of those people thinking this will last until ‘29, could you explain your logic? There are a bunch of mass action lawsuits, one trying to vacate the policy, and a class action coming up.

Do you believe that all lawsuits will fail AND the admin won’t lift anything?

I’m personally of the belief that they will lift it by end of year but they will have created new ways to reject our petitions (“country specific factors”).

I know a lot of us have very unsafe home countries. Has anyone thought of filing for asylum given they’re trying to push us out of status?

Also asylum EADs are not paused…

Whether it’s through group lawsuits, class action, or the admin lifting it, please remind yourself this hold won’t last.

None of us know when exactly we’ll get relief, which is the most frustrating and anxiety inducing part, but this won’t last forever.

Continue to fight! They can’t and won’t get rid of us

It’s funny to me how the trump admin is loosening up on immigration (entertaining DACA amnesty, pulling back on ICE) and Mullin says he doesn’t want to be in the news every day, yet they still haven’t lifted this pause.

I hope they continue to get pressure from lawsuits and the country to give us some relief.
