Guys, I need some advice. I’m considering getting a rental car for Uber, one of those offered through the app—the rent is $290 per week. Right now, I don’t have the option to finance my own car, so I see this as a quick alternative. At the moment I don’t have a job, but I’d like to get a full-time one and do Uber in my free time and on my days off. Obviously, I’d aim to take advantage of peak hours and make the most out of it.
My plan is to do this for about 6 months, maybe up to a year, so I can save money to invest in a project I have. I’d like to know if this is a good idea or what advice you might have to share based on your experience. Thank you very much.
