I have been on probation for 13 years. I have 2 left. I finished all classes and paid all fines and restitution. What are the odds if I go in front of a judge and ask to have the sentence modified to early termination or atleast spend my last two years on nonreport. I’ve got a great job but I cant give my all into it due to always having to come and check in , making sure I’m home and always having to get out of state travel approved. I feel I’ve served my fair share and I believe it’s time to set me free. Any advice?
