I ordered something from an Etsy seller in Spain a few months ago. The original tracking number said it was 'on the way' for like 2 weeks (UPS worldwide expedited). Finally, I put in a claim and it gets denied. The seller tells me the post office found the package and she created a new label for it (which is the tracking number that's on the picture).
Then, the same situation happens again- UPS worldwide expedited is 'on the way' for over a week with no scans whatsoever. [Today] UPS tells me the package is still in Spain and I should put in a claim (again). I ask the seller and they say the delay is is due to customs. Tired of getting the run around, I open an Etsy case- and BAM I finally get an update. What does this mean? Was the package not even dropped off until today? The seller has very good reviews on etsy. Did a shipping partner finally deliver to UPS today and all this is just a coincidence?
