I read a book on Kindle Unlimited maybe a year or so ago. This is the most I can remember:

FMC is investigating her brother’s death and ends up at a bar that he used to own/run/frequent and she meets and starts to fall in love with his best friend. The bar has a “sex show” night every so often.

There is one scene where she is on the phone with her abusive ex and the love interest grabs her phone and tells the Ex that she’s spread across his desk in his bar right now moaning his name. (She’s not though).

If I remember correctly it is also a reverse harem/why choose book.

Does this sound familiar to anyone
