Up until today, my restaurant has been pay out nightly in cash. Today we were informed that STARTING TODAY we will no longer be doing cash payouts and they will be put onto our bi weekly checks. This is due to the fact that since we have been open, a large sum of money is missing from the drawer. I have never seen the drawer counted down, so the repercussions are coming onto the servers. How does it work at your restaurants?
