Mother’s Day finds!
Found these in the reject tray while at the store grabbing flowers and chocolates for my mom; Hit for a ‘64 Philly dime and a ‘43 Denver steel penny, my first ever one! Happy Mother’s Day!

I hate when this happens to my half dollars now it’s happening to my nickels too!!?!!???
I saw the thin rim and was expecting to get my first merc dime… Definitely was not expecting this! Any info on a “1891 ‘O’ Mint” Dime? I know it’s for sure silver!
Decided to open my 18th box of half dollars ever today after I picked up more paper sleeves from the bank and thank God I did… I just opened my first and second 90% halves and 6 40% halves!!! I even got a 40% ender! tbh the most interesting half I found was the 1997 “S” mint… is that just a super impaired proof or a business strike???
Found this pristine 1977 San Francisco mint clad proof quarter as an ender of all things while coin roll hunting. Seems to be in pretty good condition and was considering getting it graded, but I have no idea what that process is like and had a couple questions:
Is this coin in particular “special” enough to warrant grading even though it’s clad?
Just from a glance is the condition good enough to justify it?
Though I have no interest in selling it or trying to make a profit off it, would getting it graded “increase its value”, more so than having it in a pvc free capsule?
Was at the local Luckys and noticed there was not only a coinstar machine but a couple coins in the reject tray… Turns out one of them was a 40% Silver half dollar! Looks like I was pretty lucky today :) first time ever finding a silver coin in the wild
