Incline bench, machine press, chest fly, bayesian curls, preacher
Back/tri
Pulldown, dumbbell row, tri extension and tri down
Butt
Goblet, press, Bulgarian abd/add machine
Randomly throw in a shoulder press throughout, typically in a Chest or leg day
Sp left do 110 flights on stair climber
