So, we ported over 3 numbers from Verizon and qualified for 2 gift cards to pay off existing devices. We received those gift cards from the submitted promo with documentation. How do we submit to get the Sam’s Club gift card for signing up? We were told we would be eligible for $200 port in credit as well? Were we supposed to submit that? We didn’t get a QR code or any info on it. We are Sam’s Club Plus members as well. I wondered if we would only qualify for the 3rd line that was already paid off that we brought over? Thanks.
