Last time someone posted about AI and Substack in here, it turned into a pile-on... But hear me out. I've been writing for years, but here's what's actually eating my time recently, and I want to know if people genuinely object to automating this stuff:

- Liking and engaging with Notes throughout the day

- Restacking posts from writers I already follow and actually like

- Writing short, routine Notes to stay visible in the algorithm

- Keeping up with Substack's ever-expanding engagement surface just to not disappear

Substack's Notes feature is great, but it essentially added a second job on top of writing. I've started using an AI solution to handle the time-consuming parts (e.g., restacking, drafting, and posting Notes, liking, etc.), so I can spend more time on research, analysis, and my weekly articles.

The way I see it: a writer who uses a dishwasher isn't less of a cook.

So I'm curious, where does the objection come from? Is the objection philosophical (AI shouldn't touch writing-adjacent tasks at all), or practical (it produces inauthentic engagement)? Because those feel like very different conversations, and I think the second one is worth having.

Not trying to start a fight. Genuinely want to understand where the line is for people.

So I've been going down a rabbit hole tonight about pre-wedding supplements and now I'm overwhelmed. Everyone seems to say start collagen "as early as possible" but I only just started thinking about this properly and my wedding is in about 13 weeks.

Main things I'm hoping to help with are bloating (I have a fitting soon and I'm already dreading it) and just general stress - I've been sleeping terribly and my skin has been awful since we got engaged which I'm pretty sure is stress-related.

Has anyone actually started a supplement routine before their wedding and noticed a difference? And if so what did you take and how far out did you start? Trying to work out if it's even worth starting now or if 3 months is too late to see any real results.

Also open to being told I'm overthinking this and should just drink more water lol
