Hello everyone,

I recently received an offer from Cloudbeds for some additional services, including Online Check-in and an AI chat with a centralized inbox.

What really caught my attention is that the AI integration also works with Airbnb, which is my main reservation channel.

Has anyone here tried these features already? I’d love to hear real experiences, reviews, or feedback — especially regarding how well the AI handles guest communication and whether it actually saves time.
