Just bought these off of tcgplayer paid $17.82 for the cards and $20 shipping. I didn't mind paying the $20 shipping because the teal mask ogerpon pokemon center stamped promo was only $4 and market is around $25. However the teal mask ogerpon I received does not have the stamp 🤦‍♂️ how do I proceed? I'm worried if I say I got the wrong one they will only refund me $4 for the teal mask ogerpon and not the $20 shipping
