Need advice on getting bigger: 179cm, 66–67kg, struggling with eating/nutrition

Hey everyone, I’m looking for some advice on how to get more toned.

For context, I’m 179cm and weigh about 66–67kg.I’d like to look bigger, more buff.

My main issue is honestly eating. I’m not a big fan of eating and I can pretty much live off one meal a day if I don’t force myself. I know that’s probably not ideal if I want to gain muscle or improve my physique, but I’m also trying not to spend too much money on food.

I’m thinking of working out around 2–3 times a week, probably hitting the gym

Would appreciate advice on:

  1. How should I approach nutrition without breaking the bank?
  2. Any easy high-protein foods/meals for someone who doesn’t enjoy eating much?
  3. Is working out 2–3 times a week enough to see progress?
  4. What kind of workout routine should I start with?
  5. Should I focus on gaining weight, maintaining, or cutting?

Any tips would be appreciated, especially from people who started skinny/lean and had to force themselves to eat more. Thanks!
