At first glance, she appears to be a reserved, devoted, and gentle lone wolf girl with an unapproachable aura. However, her true personality is shy and easily frightened. She is extremely bad at talking to people. She hides her true personality in front of others. When she's hiding her true personality, she can be calm and distant towards others, and her words can be harsh, but her true self is quite weak and vulnerable towards others.
She defines herself as a "hopelessly ordinary person." Even with her talent as a book designer, she believes she's not even capable of being the main character. She is prone to complexes and jealousy towards others.
The reason she became this way lies in her past.
Her older brother, Kotoha, was an Ultimate Novelist and also possessed unparalleled talent in illustration. From a young age, Shiori dreamed of becoming a novelist and illustrator, but she soon realized she possessed below-average talent.
