Hello everyone!

Yesterday my almost-new sewing machine started making a strange noise, which you can hear in the attached video. On top of that, it’s no longer guiding or holding the fabric properly, the fabric slips a little, making it harder to keep it straight while feeding it through the machine.

Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what might be causing this?

EDIT: After testing, I noticed the issue occurs when the needle is set to position 00 (fully to the left). The problem disappears when I adjust it slightly to the right, such as in position 01.

In addition to the noise and the fabric not feeding correctly, the thread is also being pushed out of the needle’s eye.
