Yesterday everything was working fine, today i went to power on my pc and there was a buzzing sound coupled with two motherboard lights labeled BOOT and DRAM, i have tried reseating the ram and even putting in a set of old sticks i had laying around, also made sure all the connectors on the motherboard are connected. A quick google search hints at bad power supply but i just wanted to get a second opinion on here as to what it could be?
