Labor
Hi all. Just here to kind of complain. My store is currently a 5 shot store, we are cafe and mobiles/delivery. We are one of the busiest stores in our city and higher ups still refuse to give us the same amount of labor as a drive store. We are constantly having 4-5 person peaks and 3 partner plays the rest of the days. It’s getting to a point where all of us are burning out and it feels like NONE of the higher ups care about us. We only have 3 full time shits, no ASM, and one part time shift. We are all being stretched to our LIMITS. Our DM just got fired and they’ve re arranged our districts 4 times in the past year.
How would yall go about this?? Do we threaten to unionize or quit because i can’t go a summer and pumpkin spice with only 13 people on our team.
