I had #18 extracted with a graft placed (you're not seeing the socket here, what you're seeing is what I am afraid of is an infection). I had been on oral antibiotics for like 5 weeks by my endodontist trying to save the tooth to no avail... I'm now worried this is sitll infected despite being on azithromycin (last dose today). This is a very hard to see area and also curious if maybe it's where an injection site was for the inferior alveolar block
