My wife has been acting weird lately, we haven’t had sex properly for months, and all of a sudden I discover that she is talking to a guy in the Middle East, behind my back and was calling him honey, telling him she was traveling with friends to some place (when she was actually traveling with me). And telling the guy she would send pictures. I also found out love poems and she telling him that she loves him.
I found the messages, confronted her, she told me they weren’t talking about physical love but friendly love because the guy helped her by talking about her distress on a difficult time she was having.
She told me that she loves me and wants to stay with me and then continues to message the guy and delete the messages. I was able to read a message from him replying to her saying I love you too in Hebrew.
Before I actually found out she was changing a bit with me she was being more thoughtful, more energetic and happier overall.
I asked her to see everything and she told me that this would only hurt me because I would take things out of context and to believe in her.
According to her the guy is living in Jerusalem and is an Orthodox Jew, and that it would be crazy to think that they are somehow in love since they can’t really be together even if both of them wants to. I am freaking out.
What would you guys do ?
tl;dr: On a sexless marriage found out girl is talking to an Orthodox Jew in a bunker in Jerusalem about love. Confronted her, she said there was nothing to be worried about then sends him message on Facebook that she deleted and was able to read a message from the guy back saying : “I love you too”
