I had a package recently sent to go to a hotel that Im with. Tracking updated that
Reschedule Delivery Requested
This package is being held for a future delivery date.
(the date was set 2 weeks away even though the package is within 10 mins of me currently)
Support on the phone(Via call or text) were both just absolutely useless & couldnt answer a single quest of mine on why the package was being held. I tried multiple numbers and calling/talking to multiple customer support members but all of them were just useless. Kept promising that I would get a call from my local hub if I waited. I would wait the hour they promised & nothing. 2nd one said 3 hours. Waited & got nothing. Got abit fed up because it was supposed to be delivered today but has been held for a couple days now at that hub.
Tried texting the support line & tried calling again. One of the support members said there was nothing she could do nor any info she could give me on why it was stuck.
They said I could try changing my delivery but when I finally got that loaded. All it gave me was an option to add my email.
I'm at my ropes end with this. The only thing I can think of is that its because its being delivered to a hotel & needs a signature but I'm planning on waiting in the lobby & the front desk has been notified as well. Customer Service said they cant even add that to it & I would have to wait another 3 hours for the local hub to call me which they cant provide the local hub nor transfer me to it either. Finally i at least submitted my email to the change my delivery & it appeared added delivery instructions that said Leave at Front Door but i cant leave any notes or anything else. I got an update saying Delivery Instructions Received & package on the way
But I worry its going to get held again and if it does then what do I do? Because it seems Customer Support is absolutely useless.
Would it be because of the Signature Requirement and it being delivered to a hotel?
